Steel category
We can provide customers with laser cladding for materials such as rod and plate parts, laminar rollers/loose rollers, etc. Our mature process ensures complete metallurgical bonding with the substrate, eliminating the risk of detachment; the cladding process operates at low temperatures, which does not affect the substrate and allows for multiple repair cycles; hardness ranges from 56 to 62 HRC, with a lifespan of at least 1 year; both old and new rollers can be delivered as finished products.
