A precision laser welding machine uses high‑energy laser pulses to locally heat a material in a very small area. Heat is conducted inward, melting the material and forming a well‑defined molten pool, thereby achieving weldment. This welding process offers a high depth‑to‑width ratio, narrow weld beads, a small heat‑affected zone, and minimal distortion. It also features fast welding speeds, smooth and aesthetically pleasing welds, and requires little or no post‑weld treatment. The resulting welds exhibit excellent quality, are free of porosity, and can be precisely controlled.
