High and low temperature ceramics

High-energy lasers (CO2/fiber/femtosecond) are used to precisely vaporize or melt ceramics, creating cuts as narrow as 0.01-0.1mm with a small heat-affected zone. This is especially suitable for hard and brittle materials such as alumina and silicon nitride. Femtosecond lasers achieve cold processing through ultra-short pulses (10^-15 seconds), resulting in virtually no thermal damage and micron-level precision, but at a higher cost.

Key Parameters:Power (50-500W), scan speed (0.1-5m/s), and auxiliary gas (nitrogen for oxidation prevention).

Applications:Electronic packaging substrates, ceramic Mobile phone back panels, and aerospace high-temperature components.

Innovation Directions:Multi-wavelength composite lasers and AI path optimization to improve cutting efficiency and the processing capability of complex contours.
