On the morning of April 8, 2025, Jiangsu Jicui Advanced Laser Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jicui Advanced Laser") and Shanghai Intelligent New Energy Vehicle Science and Technology Innovation Functional Platform Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Automobile Science and Technology Innovation Platform") held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Jiading District, Shanghai. Pan Xiangmin, General Manager of the Fuel Cell Business Department of the Automobile Science and Technology Innovation Platform, and Chen Guofei, Technical Director of Jicui Advanced Laser, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

At the signing ceremony, Cao Hongbin, Deputy General Manager of the Automobile Science and Technology Innovation Platform, and Zhou Jun, Chairman of Jicui Advanced Laser, delivered speeches. Both sides stated that as R&D carriers of the industrial technology innovation system of the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center, they will focus on cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy, especially hydrogen fuel cells.
